Terms of delivery of K & H Annala Oy
These terms of delivery describe the terms of delivery of K & H Annala Oy (Business ID: 0180586-3). The terms of delivery include information on online store delivery methods and prices, return policies and payment methods.
CONTENT
All our prices include VAT 24% and prices are reported in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to cancel the sale or make price changes if the ordered product or its price does not correspond to the actual market price due to, for example, a technical error in the online store or human error.
We reserve the right to change prices and conditions. When ordering, the Customer agrees to these terms of delivery.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time of the order depends on the delivery times of the products and the payment and delivery methods selected. For example, a prepayment by wire transfer can slightly delay the processing of an order, because the payment must appear in our account before the order is processed. We usually process the order on the working day following the arrival of the order and therefore the delivery time is 1-3 days.
The terms of payment and delivery methods are displayed on this page under Delivery methods and Payment methods. The delivery times given are estimates of delivery times and do not bind the seller. Annala Oy is not liable for damages and/or additional costs incurred by the customer in the event of delays in delivery.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver orders using the delivery modes listed below. You can also see the delivery time and price for each mode of delivery. The availability of delivery methods is limited by weight. Delivery methods available per order are automatically displayed in the cart and prices are also calculated automatically.
If one of the products in the order is not in stock, your order will be waiting for the missing products. If necessary, we can deliver the products immediately found in the warehouse separately and the rest of the products will be delivered by backorder. In this case, the customer is charged a fee for backorder according to the actual shipping costs. If you are interested in backordering, please contact our customer service, and include the order number.
Letter
Smaller orders are delivered by letter (max 1 kg). All orders sent by letter will be delivered by 1st class mail, and delivery in 3 business days.
We deliver orders up to 1kg by letter. Orders larger than this are always delivered as a postal parcel. We reserve the right to send an order as a postal parcel if the order cannot be sent by letter due to weight or size.
Pickup from Posti or Matkahuolto office
Your order can be picked up at the nearest office / pickup automat of your choice, usually after 2 days. You can track the shipment using the tracking code. Note! Please enter your mobile number when ordering, as the arrival notification will be sent by SMS.
Pickup
Picking up from Annala, Lapua, is always free. Pickup is only possible at the agreed time, so please contact us before pick-up.
PAYMENT METHODS- Paytrail Oyj
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the provider and payment service provider of the payment service. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electro or MasterCard cards, Paytrail Oyj is shown as the recipient of the payment by card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed by a payment institution.

Invoice €
Only for businesses and communities. The € invoice must always be agreed separately in advance. If you are interested in this option, please contact us either by email or by phone call. A small invoicing fee of EUR 8 will be added to invoices of less than EUR 80 €.
RETURNS
Please note that all our products are always special orders, they are cut to size and sewn to order just for you. Therefore, these products do not have the right of return.
However, if the product is incorrect or otherwise different from that ordered, the purchases have a 14-day right of exchange and return, which is calculated from the time the goods are dispatched. Returned products must be in unopened packaging and ready for sale. If these conditions are met, it is possible for the customer to get the money back if they do not wish to change the product.
If the product has been broken during transport, we will deliver a new one free of charge to the customer. We are not liable for damages or delays caused by a broken product in the transport to the customer.
For products manufactured or modified at the customer's request, we do not grant unilateral cancellation rights. Any costs incurred in connection with the cancellation will be collected in full from the buyer.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Before returning products, make sure that the products are in unopened packaging and ready for sale. Otherwise, we will charge the costs of an unjustified refund, but always at least €25.00.
Return must always be agreed in advance by myynti(at)annala.fi or by calling our sales.
The return can be done conveniently from the Post office or Matkahuolto service desk as a customer return. Once the returned product has arrived to Annala, Lapua, we will notify you by email and take the return processing. Please include the following information according to your order:
- My information: name, address and phone number.
- Your account number for return or information if you want to replace the product with a new one.
- Order number, can be found on both the receipt and the order confirmation provided by email.
- Contact person with whom the return has been agreed and when.
If you are able to provide either an order confirmation or a receipt with the order, we will see all necessary information except for the information needed to refund the payment. By providing us with the most accurate information possible, you will assist us in processing the return and speed up the processing of the matter.
SALES AREA
Our products can only be ordered through the online store to the countries we specify. However, if you are interested in ordering products to countries other than permitted countries, please contact us with feedback form. When shipping abroad, the delivery costs of the order are determined by the country of delivery and weight. The shipping costs are charged according to the actual shipping costs.
ADDITIONAL JOBS AND BILLABLE JOBS
Sometimes additional work may occur with orders, e.g. in connection with orders. additional explanations related to the order (e.g. customs and tax clearances, forms to be completed) or special requests (e.g. gift box). If the additional work is caused by the customer, we charge all additional work directly to the customer. Our charge for additional work is 50,00 €/h and the minimum invoicing is 0.5h. The customer is always notified of the work to be invoiced before the job, if possible.
TERMS
The terms of use apply to Annala Oy's online store. The service is owned by Annala Oy. You must accept the terms of use to use the online store.
Online store content
E-commerce is a service registered with Annala Oy. The service is targeted at upholstery fabrics and customers interested in interior decoration products. In the online store, each product sold is named and described with product photographs.
User responsibility
The user agrees to use the online store in accordance with the instructions in the online store.
The user must meet the requirements set out in the terms and conditions of ordering and delivery.
The User undertakes to provide truthful information about themselves in accordance with the
registration form and to amend any incorrect information without delay.
The user accepts the order and shipping terms and conditions for the order.
The user accepts the changes made by Annala Oy related to the account.
The User is responsible for the copyrighted material of Annala Oy and its partners
penalties for unauthorised use.
Responsibility of the service provider
The Service Provider is responsible for all content presented in the online store.
The Service Provider is responsible for the fact that all content presented in the online store (photos, etc.) is in accordance with the laws.
The Service Provider has the right to change, update and correct the content and/or rules of the online store without notice to users.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any incorrect information on e-commerce.
The Service Provider shall be responsible for all customer data accruing to it and for its Retention.

Excluding a cookie from your browser may affect your browser the proper functioning of the services.
Data protection and data processing in the online store

Discount code
If you have personal benefits (loyalty, etc. discount codes), always remember sign in during the sign-in step. If you do not log in, you will not receive the benefits that belong to you. If you use a discount code that you are not entitled to use, Annala has permission to cancel the order or require the benefits obtained without rights as an additional charge before the delivery.
Delivery of the product
Once you have accepted your order, you will no longer be able to change the order you placed in the online store. If you want to change the order, contact customer service at +358 6 4338000 and myynti@annala.fi .
You will receive an electronic order confirmation from your accepted order, where you can check the details of your order. After you have submitted your order, the order will be transferred to the logistics centre for processing. When the product is in our warehouse, the delivery time is about 3–7 business days. When an order contains more than one product, we aim to deliver the products in the warehouse all together. If the product is out of stock or product has delayed delivery time, it will be delivered as a backorder. Few special interior decoration products are only available for a limited period or for as long as there is enough stock.
Price errors
Annala Oy reserves the right to cancel the order in the case of "clear price errors". Clear price error refers to a possible pricing error of a product in an online store in such a way that the price of the product differs significantly and clearly from the correct price of the product. Clear price errors may include, but are not limited to, the following examples: - if the product has a price of EUR 0,00 or no price at all. If there is any ambiguity in the price definition in relation to the unit/price, If the price of a fabric worth of tens of euros is reported as e.g. EUR 2.00. In this kind of cases, the incorrect price is so clearly different from the correct price that: the customer is considered to understand the price error.
